RAILROAD CROSSING TO CLOSE FOR RENOVATION. Starting Monday, August 17, 2015 the Monroe Street Railroad Crossing will be closed to allow for the railroad to begin renovations to the crossing. After the railroad has removed the broken up asphalt, Loop Asphalt will install new asphalt between the rails and pave the approaches.
